How much is each session?

I charge $170 per session. I also offer sliding scale rates based on financial needs. 

Do you offer in-person sessions?

I currently offer virtual therapy sessions; this allows for more flexibility and convenience. 

What insurance do you take?

I am only taking Cigna, United Healthcare (Optum), and Oscar (Optum). 

What are your therapeutic approaches?

I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support my clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Each approach is tailored to the individual's unique needs, ensuring that they receive the most effective treatment for their specific concerns.

How many sessions do I need to go to before I see improvement

The number of sessions needed to see improvement can vary from person to person, as everyone's journey is unique. There isn't a set number of sessions because our work is based on your individual needs and goals. Some people may notice changes after just a few sessions, while others might take longer, and that’s OK! Most important is that we move at a pace that feels right for you, and we continuously assess and adjust the approach based on how you're progressing. The goal is always to support you in a way that’s most effective for your specific circumstances.
