I am only taking Cigna, United Healthcare (Optum), and Oscar (Optum).

The number of sessions needed to see improvement can vary from person to person, as everyone's journey is unique. There isn't a set number of sessions because our work is based on your individual needs and goals. Some people may notice changes after just a few sessions, while others might take longer, and that’s OK! Most important is that we move at a pace that feels right for you, and we continuously assess and adjust the approach based on how you're progressing. The goal is always to support you in a way that’s most effective for your specific circumstances.
