Navigating the complexities of depression, anxiety, and trauma can be overwhelming, but you don't have to face these issues by yourself. Whether you're grappling with the lasting effects of childhood trauma, sexual abuse, military trauma, or the unique challenges of immigration, I’m here to support you.

As an experienced trauma therapist, I meet you where you are, help you understand what’s going on inside your body and your brain, and work with you to create a plan for healing.

My approach to online trauma therapy is direct and compassionate, guiding you through evidence-based therapies like CPT, TF-CBT, and ACT, with the goal of empowering you to reclaim your life. Online trauma therapy offers a space to safely confront the pain of the past in a contained environment.

When we live with unresolved trauma, it can be difficult to function.

If you are experiencing intrusive memories (flashbacks, nightmares, or unwanted thoughts), are avoiding certain people or places, or are detaching from your feelings and struggling to connect with others due to emotional numbness, know that these are signs of unresolved trauma.

Experiencing these symptoms doesn’t mean you are weak or broken, but rather that you could benefit from working with a therapist who specializes in treating trauma and PTSD.

Manage and Reduce Symptoms of PTSD and C-PTSD

There are many physical and psychological symptoms that accompany PTSD or C-PTSD. If you’ve experienced a trauma, you may have noticed that you are having persistent negative thoughts about yourself and struggling with intense guilt, shame, irritability, or anger. You may be having trouble sleeping and struggling with memory loss or dissociation. Unexplained physical symptoms such as headaches, stomach aches, chronic pain, racing heart, or chest pain are also common. Hypervigilance or intense anxiety may also be signs that you have unresolved trauma to confront and process. Trauma-informed therapy can help you get back inside your body so you can feel in control and connect with your joy again. These debilitating symptoms don’t have to last forever.

Connect with your joy again.
